Meditation Downloads:
4th Sept - the group was really looking forward to a good energy burst and fill up so this is slightly longer than usual, a sense of coming into the abundance and gratitude, the love and support of the universe and of the group.
11th Sept - a powerful gathering on this significant day, the group felt an easing of the intense energy this week, phew! The meditation took us out into the layers of the planetary layers of consciousness 😋 We have also started to Video the session for anyone wanting to join us later.
18th Sept - a variable week for most, easing after the new moon on Thursday. This meditation is a bit different from usual - we went to the "Cave of Amplification", a very deep sharing and expanding of energy - it felt like we have done this work many times before! The meditation and the full session with sharing and chit chat is below.

Thank you all! I had a lovely moment of abundance just after the meditation. I’ve just launched my free masterclass on Udemy as an experiment and it was pottering along at 3-4 enrolments a day, Ho hum. After the meditation it jumped 200!! 😂😂 in case I was in any doubt about this group’s incredible energy 🦄🦋🌅
Thank you Elaine. My son was finally able to get married on Tuesday so I was feeling very grateful and joyful, but tired. The meditation has filled me up again with new abundance. I love the group giving and receiving.
